The Social Security Administration (SSA) oversees multiple programs including retirement benefits, Social Security Disability benefits, Supplemental Security Income, and Survivors benefits. My office is proud to work with the SSA to ensure that Fourth District residents receive the benefits and assistance they are entitled to. If your application for benefits has been denied, or if you feel that your benefits have been withheld or reduced in error, my office will gladly work with the SSA to try and resolve the issue.

Please understand that for Social Security Disability (SSDI) claims, my office cannot expedite your hearing date or influence the determination made by your hearing officer or the Administrative Law Judge.
