I encourage all students in grades 9-12 who reside in or attend high school in Connecticut’s Fourth Congressional District to submit a piece of artwork to the 2022 Congressional Art Competition.

Entries will be judged by a panel of local artists and representatives of arts organizations in Southwest Connecticut. Additionally, I will hold a reception to honor this year’s participants and announce the winning entries. The winning entry from our district will be displayed for one year at the United States Capitol alongside artwork from every congressional district across the country.

You can find more information on the competition, including the rules and examples of past entries an winners on the House of Representatives’ website here and see last year’s winners featured below.
