WASHINGTON, DC—Congressman Jim Himes (CT-4) will hold a press conference Wednesday in Stamford to formally announce his State of the Union guest, Lucas Codognolla, lead coordinator of CT Students for a DREAM. Himes will discuss why he invited Codognolla, and they will both be available to answer questions from media.
Every Member of Congress may take one guest to the Capitol to view the President’s annual address to Congress on the State of the Union.
