Himes Statement on Confirmation of Timothy Massad to CFTC

WASHINGTON, DC—Congressman Jim Himes (CT-4) released the following statement regarding the Senate’s confirmation of Timothy Massad as the new chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Massad was confirmed by the Senate Tuesday evening by voice vote.
