STAMFORD, CT – Congressman Jim Himes (CT-4) will hold two informal gatherings, one in Stamford and one in Norwalk, to gather input from constituents on March 6th. Residents are encouraged to drop by to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns with the Congressman.
