Norwalk, CT – Congressman Jim Himes (CT-4) issued the following statement regarding the opening of the Norwalk Community Health Center’s expanded clinic. The project was largely funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Three Recovery Act grants totaling $1.65 million will allow NCHC to serve an additional 6,000 patients over the next five years.
