WASHINGTON, DC—Congressman Jim Himes (CT-4) joined over 160 of his House colleagues in sending a letter to House Leadership demanding action on the bipartisan Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2014 (H.R. 3899), which restores the Voting Rights Act (VRA) after the Supreme Court overturned key provisions of the law last year.
