Himes Announces Nick Weir of Westport Winner of Congressional Arts Competition

Nick attends Staples High School and won with a self portrait titled “Nick, Weird.” His painting will hang in a corridor of the United States Capitol along with the winning pieces from across the country.

Himes Announces $85 Million in Recovery Investment Funds Awarded to Norwalk-based GE Capital
