Shelton, CT – Today, Congressman Jim Himes (CT-04) announced that the Recovery Network of Programs (RNP) will receive a $4 million grant from the Department of Health and Human Services.  RNP is a behavioral healthcare organization that has been providing comprehensive services, including housing, substance use and mental health treatment for forty-eight years.

Half of this fund, $18,927,926, is specifically designated for emergency cash grants to eligible students in need of assistance.
